How can I stop my Galaxy S6 Edge overheating?

Galaxy S6 edge is overheating

I stored my phone inside my bra while I did some exercise (don't ask!) and then it started making bleeping noises and said it was attached to power sharing dock. Turned it off and on again and now it keep saying it's overheating and switches off. If it does go on, it switches to the camera. Any ideas?
