How can I stop the Lollipop upgrade?

Don't want Lollipop Upgrade!!

I've heard some terrible things about this upgrade and I do not want it. How do I get the notice to stop on my Samsung Galaxy S4? Any help wld be greatly appreciated!!

Go into Settings/Apps/All, select Google Play Services and uncheck the "show notifications" box.

I tried this on my S5 Active, Android v 4.4.2
Unchecked 'show notifications' and restarted my device. After a minute, the notification came back again.
