I am helping someone who has Outlook on a W10 laptop and a fairly new Samsung smartphone.
I added the Outlook app to her phone, and all her contacts appeared.
On the laptop, she has gmail and an email at her own domain, an Exchange account, ('resold' through godaddy).
She added a new contact on her laptop, and it does not show on her phone.
I was reading https://forums.windowscentral.com/ask-question/454059-syncing-outlook-live-contacts-android.html, seems that person has the same issue.
If she adds a contact on her phone or laptop, I would think it would sync to the other device automatically, and happen natively. Does it not do that?
What's the best way to have added contacts sync with other devices?
