How can i take notes verbally?

In other words how can I talk into my phone and what I say is saved in a note format?

Any note taking app should do it, as long as you have google voice input enabled, which should be by default.

I use Google Keep. Open the app and at the bottom of the screen, it says "take a note", with a microphone icon next to it.
