How can I unroot my LG G2 D802 back to stock?

Unroot LG G2 D802 back to stock

I have a LG G2 d802 international, which I rooted with stump root with the intention to install lollipop cloudy g2 3.3 and I have been unable to do it.
Can't get into recovery with power and volume down buttons pressed on start up so it appears stump root has done some thing to settings also can't get knock on to work on trying turn off will turn on but not off.
So would like to return to stock, did a bit of searching but it gets confusing so many ways but can't find the right one!

This is what I did and it worked for me after I bricked my phone (assuming you can get into download mode):

Flash TOT back to stock with LGFlashTool
Flash Lollipop stock KDZ with KDZ Flash Package
Root with AutoRec Lollipop
Flash Gloudy G2 3.3
