How can I watch TV through the ariel with a blue light filter?

I have heard of the Twighlight app for TV but I think you have to stream channels using the Internet.

Twilight is an app for Android TV devices. It appears to be an app that "overlays" other apps to provide the filtering effect. If your TV is not based on Android TV or does not run the antenna through the Android TV portion then the app will probably not help. Does your TV not have a setting to reduce blue light?
