how come the home button got removed from the upcoming s8?

It was super cool to have that button double up as fingerprint scanner... one didn't have to scan their finger weirdly at the back like these other manufacturers. Not to mention the fact that it's been so iconic to the brand...

Fingerprint on the back is just as convenient as on the front.
