how do fix my phone which is stuck in downloading mode+not conecting to pc

i was trying to install root (i had a recover) and the phone sudently it turned down and it says atthe start "phone si not running on android" or some thing like thath.Then bootloader is up and then downald mode is up
If i try to close it the same thing pops up again

Download Odin and frija firmware tool latest version from xda forums once download in Frija out your model number and csc to fetch the latest firmware then flash the stock firmware to return to normal

i did all of that but my7th and 8th numbers of my imie are 11 and i dont find the country whit the code 11
