Adding outlook email acct
I have a Galaxy S4 (SCH-1545) and a Galaxy Tab Pro 12 (SM-T900, wifi only), both running 4.4.2. I had no problem adding my school account (outlook.office365) to my S4 and it is working perfectly. I cannot establish a connection with my Tab. Every time I try, the error code is, "Setup could not finish. A network error has occurred, or your account may not be supported by Exchange server. Try again when network is available, or enter your account settings manually."
I took it to the school. They tried everything - various domains, various combinations of user name/domain, etc. When the IT attempted to add his own school account to my tablet, it worked! But mine won't. The IT checked my account on the server and it is functioning perfectly. I can access from my computer at home and from my S4 but the Tab won't recognize my account.
Any thoughts?
