Server is an IMAP account from Mediacom. A horrible glitch there is that in order to change your password you must 1) power down all devices with that email 2) change the email via the internet at mediacom.com and then 3) power up one device at a time and change password.
Not all of my devices have Blue Mail and resetting those that don't is not a problem, but when I get to one of my mobile devices that does have Blue Mail, and power it up, the Mediacom server locks up and I am back to point zero again.
Do I need to deinstall the Blue Mail apps and reinstall them when it is that device's "turn" to power up?
This turns out to be an incredibly difficult combination of events, i.e., Mediacom email plus Blue Mail software. Has anyone else experienced this?
I am an older completely self taught user, so forgive my halting language.
