How do I change the time zone?

I live in Arizona. This state doesn't spring forward or fall back. In the spring and summer, our time syncs w/ Los Angeles/Pacific Time. In the fall and winter, our time syncs with Mountain Time. Today my phone sprang forward with the other Mountain Time states, so I need to change the time zone in order to sync with Pacific Time.

Located the manual online and searched for "time zone". Nothing. Must be automatic because ... Oh, happy day! I decided to try restarting my phone (which I should have thought of earlier) and now the time is correct. Thx for taking the time to reply last night.

Glad it's working! Although that's weird -- I thought all phones would have the Automatic Time Zone option in Settings>Date & Time. Usually, it's wi-fi tablets that don't have the setting, because it requires a cell signal (not wi-fi).
