How do I control my view in Gallery on the Samsung Note 3?

Second attempt with my question: I have a Samsung Note 3. I used to be able to view my Gallery with albums stacked on the left hand side. My Gallery view now is a grid and I have no idea what happened. I want it back the stacked in a column on one side. Help!

So when you open an album, you get a grid view of the pics in that album? If you want to see the other albums as well, swipe from left to right across the screen and the albums should slide in on the left of the screen with the album still open.... Hope that helps...
