How do I copy a photo link from Photoshop to the forum?

I'm trying to copy a photo link from photoshop to forum

Trying to copy and paste a photoshop link to a pepper forum. I can copy the link but I just don't get it. And where the heck is my clipboard? Please explain in plain terms as I don't know computer lingo too much....THANK YOU!
