I'm rooted but forgot how to go about deleting Verizon's bloatware apps, pretty sure I need a app from the market?

You can use titanium backup or root explorer to do remove apps

I have ROM Manager Pro installed, and backed up my stock ROM with that if I install the free version of Titanium Backup will it mess anything up? (Assume the free version has the ability to remove bloatware apps?)

Root Explorer is a paid app and doesn't seem to support ICS?

Titanium Backup won't mess up anything..and I'm not sure about ICS support for Root Explorer, I don't think it is free. titanium backup should do the trick just click on "backup/restore" and click on the apps you want to uninstall, make sure to not long press on the app and uninstall that way or it won't work.

I would suggest freezing them with tb instead of dealting

I am inclined to agree with you, but I also feel like in the case of the Nexus, where there is only 2 apps that need to be deleted, that he should be fine flat out removing them.

I went with the Root Explorer app and went to system>app> then deleted them by long pressing..this worked for every app but 2 which is still under Settings>Apps>All the icon for the app is like a black android and in small letters in the icon says SD, the 2 apps are Andriod Talk (Google Talk?) and Google Videos. All the other apps I deleted seem to be gone.

Any idea how to get rid of these 2?

It is wise to keep and use my vzw app. U sound like a newbie. And back up assistance is nothing to fear. If your really concerned just flashed a asop roms. But do keep my vzw it does good job monitoring data. And before u ask well ics has data monitoring true flash your phone wipe stats that data info goes by by not with my vzw apps it keeps on updating with out a hiccup

What are you talking about? I did keep the Verizon account checker app. Maybe you should reread what I typed.

I've never pondered how to get rid of Google Talk, but it's my main IM client so I wouldn't ever do that. I don't think it would be wise to get rid of it, as it only takes up a very small amount of space, and if you ever try to install an app by going to http://market.android.com on your computer, it won't work since it sends the request through Google Talk. I can see why you might want to get rid of Google Videos, but ultimately we're talking about really small amounts of space so I wonder if it's worth the trouble.

Sounds like hes try to remove all the core apps and that isnt bloat. That could lead to issues. If he wants a lean rom dl a asop roms without the core apps.
