How do I disable a notification sound during a call on my Galaxy S6 Edge?

please tell me how to disable notification sound during call in galaxy s6 edge

its very annoying that during fone call you heard the sound of notifications like whatsapp or sms or email notification,is there any way to disable notifications during the call. please help me

Open the phone app itself > more > settings > call alerts > notify during calls = turn it off

Exactly as Jaseman said above (thank you btw, this was driving me nuts!). ☺

Click on your phone icon app itself as though you are going to place a call > more (at the top right) > settings, > call alerts > notify during calls (at the very bottom)...turn to "off".
