How do I do a screenshot on the galaxy s4 tablet and save as a word document or as a pdf

Yes I have information on a task management system (Asana) that does not easily allow printing.
I need to create agendas for different meetings and do not want to type them again when I have all I need out together.
I can do a screenshot, but can't figure out how to put it into word or pdf.
Need help asap
