How do I either switch this download to 4g/5g or disable it?

I've already disabled speech service under accessibility, to which this update pertains. It continues to show up, with no way to switch to wifi or be rid of it for good. If I cancel, it'll just show up again later.

This has been cropping up on all of my devices a well. It might be a glitch. See this thread for more info: https://forums.androidcentral.com/g...loading-english-update-stuck.html#post7023790

In the meantime, send feedback to Google about this. I suspect they'll push a fix for it soon. For what it's worth, I haven't noticed any significant battery drain due to this.

Thanks very much. Found the setting and changed it to download over any network. Will post back if it appears again.
