How do i enable otg on sm-g360t1

I have ran otg check as well and it says this phone has otg support. Will rooting it help?After running USB Host Check app on my samsung galaxy core prime SM-G360T1 .. It says android.hardware.usb.host.xml os ok , handheld_core_hardware.xml is usb host not enabled and tablet_core_hardware.xml is not found. My question is how can i enable the otg feature?
