How do i find out developer mode information for build number on my samsung s8+ running oreo 8.0.0?

Do you want to enable Developer Options?

If so, then go to your phone's Settings, then head down to ABOUT PHONE. There, scroll down until you find BUILD NUMBER. Now tap the build number quickly 7 times (you'll get a warning message at some point) and that's it, after that you'll have Developer Options active.

This, however, does not grant root access. That's a different thing.
