How to fix Alcatel Idol X+ No Command problem in recovery mode ?!

I have had Alcatel Idol X+ for a year and it was working well till i found it froze suddenly, i tried to enter the recovery mode and i found a "NO COMMAND" message with a red triangle , How can i fix it? and if there no way but wipe data factory reset , How can i get the data that lies in the memory before doing it because this phone is using only internal memory

From the No Command screen, press and hold Power, then press Vol Up once. Let go of Power. Use Vol Up/Down to select Recovery, then press Power once. Use Vol Up/Down to Select Wipe Cache Partition, then press Power once.
You will lose no personal data, and it may fix your problem.

i have done Formatting Cache Partition and i reopened the phone and it worked for just 5 seconds and it returned to freeze again , i am using Nova Launcher and there is a message saying that it isn't responding and yesterday i found that Android System is not responding also , i need a mean to copy the data of the internal memory while the phone is shut down , and Thanks for responding

Before going any further, try Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app is causing trouble.
Also, if you are using a microSD card, try unmounting and removing it.
