How do i fix my Galaxy S4 with no respondent from the screen?

so my galaxy is cracked from the top a couple months back and just a couple days ago i dropped it again without any case and the back fell off.
My phone is on but you can not see see anything. The only thing that you can see is the flashing of the light. It screen won't turn on. it's blank/black and doesn't respond.
