I thought I would add some info about my experience with the repair of my Samsung tablet. I did quite a bit of live chat with several Indian guys about my tablet and received quite a bit of wrong information. I was told that once a service ticket was created I will be instructed to call the Samsung service center and that they would want $60.00 dollars up front from my credit card before I could send in the unit for repair. When I called the service center they wanted $330.58 which they called a holding fee. I gave them my credit card number and they sent me a prepaid UPS label to attach to my own shipping container. I was also told both by the guys in India and by the woman at the service center that I would receive info regarding the actual cost of the repair and that I could decide then if I wanted to go ahead with it or not. This never happened. What did happen was an e-mail stating that the unit was repaired and they would be shipping it back to me. No mention of the cost and no option to say I didn't want it repaired. I received a second e-mail a few minuted later stating that my vise card would be debited $202.18 for the repair. It is supposed to be shipped back to me today, so I don't know yet if they really fixed it. It seems likely but seein' is believin'..........Dan
