How to flash sprint htc one m8 to Metro PCS

Have a harmon kardon edition M8, clean IMEI.. how can I switch it to Metro?

The phone has CDMA radios, Metro uses TMobile towers, which need GSM radios, so you'd have to replace the motherboard. You can't change the hardware by flashing.
