How do I get a floating black and white message icon off my samsung 8+ screen

Thanks, every one... that worked. Turning it off in accessibility settings is a go. It gets modified if you install a smartwatch BT App I think.if you accept a question to turn on notification it turns every thing on....that's when mine appeared.

This floating icon looks like messaging pad

Thisvicon looks like a messaging icon in a grey circle. When you touch it the circle turns read and has a bar with the arrows going both ways with a mivmcrophone button in the middle.
