Note 4 and Plantronics Voyager Edge
Hello to all members from Athens, Greece.
I have recently purchased the Note 4 though it was only today I could manage to migrate my data and sim from previous galaxy grand handy.
On previous phone I was using plantronics ML25 headset and everything was very smooth and easy going. Now with the new device I decided also to upgrade the headset and I have purchased the voyager edge bluetooth headset.
The problem I have encountered so far is that when I receive calls though I am able to answer the call from the headset (which is paired with the device) I cannot talk through the headset. I have to tap on the headset on the call screen in order to switch to the headset.
I have searched every possible configuration on headset and device but I cannot find what is going on.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Regards!
