How do I get my google calendar to sync with my phone

Why in the world can't google keep my online google calendar synced with my Droid X calendar? The only way I can get them to to sync is to go inot setting/accounts/goolgle and manually sync them.

I have had this phone for a year now and I'll tell you it is so unreliable and convoluted it is disgusting. Google should be ashamed of themselves.

Never had this problem. Go into settings> accounts> google and see if you have it set to sync your calendar. I have mine set to sync my calendar, family and contacts. See if that helps.

Yes, it is and was set to synchronize.

Are your contacts syncing? If not, go to Settings \ Battery & Data Manager and check your options in Data Saver and Data Delivery.
