How do I get my phone to reset and allow wi-fi calling? Galaxy S5

[AC Question]

I recently switched from T-mobile to cricket and I keep having issues with not receiving calls. I keep getting an error message ER05 saying invalid SIM. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your time.
