how do i get out of the secure start-up screen onmy android v30. i cannot remember my passwordrd

If you can't remember, you need to do factory reset and it will prompt you to sign in with your Google account , hopefully you remember your password and username.

In the future, if you're prone to forgetting crucial information like your phone's password, I suggest writing it down on a piece of paper and keeping it safe somewhere at home (or in a safety deposit box). Treat your phone's password like the combination to a safe -- if you forget the combination, you have a very heavy paperweight.

Remember, the secure start-up is a security feature. There is no way to bypass it without a reset as Mustang mentioned, and all the downsides that come with it.
