how do i get pass an alternative password i forgot without losing all my info?

My phone is not asking me for my Fingerprint Scanner, is only asking for my Alternative password which I dnt remember so im lockout,

Bring the phone, along with a photo ID, to your carrier. Once they make sure that it's your phone, they can remove the password.
