How do I get rid of a blue circle with 4 2x2 squares in the center on Galaxy Tab9?

So, I went into settings and added a icon that takes me to main screen, volume, brightness, main settings, etc.. But now, I can't figure out how to delete it. It's a small, blue circle with 4 2x2 white squares in it that you can move around the screen. Help!
