How do I get rid of ads popping up over what I am in?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. Ads keep popping up over what I am in. It starts with a Google Play Store logo and a YouTube logo. These caused me a problem trying to enter information on an acct of mine.

Try safe mode if still happens?
