How do I get rid of dock is connected on my Galaxy S6?

How do i get rid of "dock is connected" on my galaxy s6. I have it through tmobile

I keep getting a pop-up that says my dock is connected. My phone doesnt charge properly and my screen rotates when I dont have it on screen rotation. If anyone could help me i would appreciate it. It just came out of the blue i didnt have it on a dock so im confused as to why its popping up with dock is connected

There could be dirt in the charging port
