How do I get rid of this?

Note in the screen shot the term "Jake" appears under the date. I would like to to remove it. Why is it there in the first place, what is it?

Go into settings - Security - Lock Screen Preferences - Lock Screen Message

delete whatever is there and save, it's should be gone.
