how do i get the loop message to stop ( HTC sense input has stopped unexpectantly)

HI, I have a HTC one mini, last night the battery went flat and it switched itself off, I plugged it in and switched it back on, but now I have this constant loop message that just wont stop. Also I have no keyboard. I can read messages and answer the phone but like I said no keyboard appears on screen when I try to reply or send a message. I am due an upgrade in the next couple of weeks.... HELP please.
