How do I install accuweather widgets note 3 on note 8

The AccuWeather either has scrolling weather stock information, weather in multiple city which can be viewed in the widget without opening the app

If the widget you want isn't available in the current version available in the Play Store, then the Note 3 is probably using a much older version that is no longer available. You'd have to look for an APK file of that older version, but it might be hard to find one that's so old. APKMirror is a safe site to look -- be careful with others, since they tend not to vet their files for malware.

If the app is available for your device, download it from the Play Store and its associated widgets will be added to your widget locker.
