How do I make a double tapped version of my S3 Frontier watch face the default?

On my Galaxy S3 Frontier Watch, you can double tap on a watch face for different options of that face, for example it will change the second bars to a different color. But how do you make that option the default of that face? When I turn my watch off and turn it back on it defaults back to original face. Thanks
