How do I notify Google to let them know they messed up if the U11+ was supposed to be the Pixel XL 2

Ever since the rumor came out the U11+ was supposed to be the Pixel XL 2 I've been so disappointed. The U11+ is such an amazing phone.

if you approach the two phones exactly the same way (as brand new phones with no reviews), then the Pixel 2XL is better... let's see how the U11+ comes out from the turnstile of reviews we're about to see. not doubting it, but I think we should wait before jumping to a conclusion like this.
