How to put a rom in my phone

Ok,guys Im sure that you had this question before,Im sorry but I dont know anything about android,well not anything but....
So I bought chinese phone to see how they made them,Im very happy with the phone but I want to put a new rom.Everything is ok with this one,I dont have problems,should I change? How to change rom ? WHat I need to do ? As i seen there is not a lot roms for Cubot One ? Can i put some none cubot one rom made for ?

Welcome to the forums. The downside to getting phones that are somewhat unpopular, is no one develops for them. You can try looking on CyanogenMod, but I doubt you will find anything.

To answer your first question, if everything is okay with this phone, and you have no problems with it, you shouldn't put a new ROM on it. The only reason to flash a new ROM is that the new one gives you something you don't get with the stock one (even if it's just more speed), that you want - and the new one doesn't take away anything you need. (Like, some ROMs may not handle the GPS properly, and if you use your phone for navigation, that would be a deal breaker.)

If you want to change the look, install a different launcher, install different icons, install different wallpaper. The Play Store is full of them, many of them free. (The first thing I do with a new phone is install the free version of Nova launcher. My wallpaper is usually something to do with the next holiday (I haven't put any Halloween wallpaper on yet).

Thanks ,I wanted to change because of kit kat, but nvm when i inszal a launcher i need to get in and if i press home button send me to clasical launcher,how to he send me on installed
