how to remove the virus or infection in galaxy note 4

my Galaxy Note 4 is not possible to access internet. While access internet through Google or Google Crome, there is a alert says that " the page at mobile-message.info says: error: brower memory critical ! *** browser update required *** please press ok to update now, ok "
I think this is hamful for my phone. Please help !

If you want to be safe, do a factory data reset. Otherwise simply clearing the cache on your browser might fix the problem
