How do I remove CWM and install TWRP using ODIN
Good day
I received a Samsung tab 2 P5100 as a present. I managed to root the device no problem. I decided to install a custom OS (Please forgive my lack of knowledge of android terminology).
I used CWM 6.0.27 and I downloaded cm-11-20150712-NIGHTLY-p5100 from this forum and placed it on my external SD Card. I cleared all the caches as another blog post led.
When I try to install the ROM it gives me an error set_metadata_recursive some changes failed (Status 7)
After searching the internet people recommended to rather use TWRP. I tried to install TWRP over CWM using Odin but it keeps on booting up in CWM.
How do I remove CWM and install TWRP using ODIN or am I on the wrong path?
I am really new to this and would appreciate your guidance. Many thanks
