Android Central Question

I've tried swiping after dialing 112 from Emergency dialer butdoesbt bring up the internet symbol. Also tried dialing *#testmode and nothing...please help.

Welcome to Android Central! FRP means Factory Reset Protection, which is a security feature. It's meant to discourage a thief from stealing a phone and doing a simple reset to make it their own. If this phone belonged to someone else before and you got it legitimately, you need to get that previous owner to log in with their Google account and password in order to complete the factory reset.
