How do I remove the white triangles with exclamation points inside?

They are Sign-in Requests from my gmail and old comcast email accounts. I can't get rid of them from the Notification bar.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Open the Email app, tap Menu>Settings, and see if the Comcast account is still there. If so, remove it.

Is the Google sign-in request specifically for Gmail, or is it from the Gallery app?
