How do I reset or even find the DTMF setting on my Samsung ZFold 2?

Does it matter who the carrier is? I'm having trouble being able to press 1 to accept calls being forwarded to me for work through the company's Grasshopper account/system & Grasshopper says it's a DTMF issue in my phone. The call comes through and I should be able to press 1 to accept it, but nothing happens. It has worked fine for over a year, now suddenly, this. I went to Other Calls in the phone section's settings, nothing there. Thank you!!

Welcome to AC!
Call forwarding should be able to pick the call up if its forwarding to your number , i would double check how that's set-up and what number is call forwarding to

Thank you! This is happening intermittently, and it's routed through the Grasshopper company's system for every call we receive, so since some are coming through, I surmise that's not the issue. Their tech team has stated it's the DTMF and told me to check things on my side. But, there's nothing I can find in the phone about that - at all. According to what I found online some phones show it and give you a Long or Short option in the phone area under "Other Call Settings", then "DTMF", but not this phone. I'm truly at a loss.

Thank you, I had actually already found this video during my Google search on this subject (which is sorely lacking, btw). That part works fine. When calls are made to our company they are picked up by Grasshopper, then routed to whoever is on duty...I've always been able to press #1 to immediately be connected with them but lately nothing is happening when I press any number (1 to answer, 2 to leave automatic voicemail, 3 to hear the number)...nothing happens. It's only occurring on some of the calls, which makes this whole thing even weirder. But bottom line to me is: Why doesn't this (very expensive) phone have a DTMF option in the phone settings? Thanks again for the video and for trying to help me. :)

The way i have my business number which is a landline to forward calls on my cell phone is through Comcast which is my business providers I'm using my account on Comcast online to set it up under catagory of phone so nothing done on my cell phone to make this work , if not working properly I would assume from your business end something not working

Would be different if you were in the phone app settings and setting up call forwarding from there
Then I would suspect a phone issue.

I've reached out to Samsung - useless - all they did was say to Reset network settings. (Why would some phones have a DTMF settings option, and some not?...) We'll see if the reset helps. Grasshopper has been checking from their side, as well, but recommended I do the same so I'm doing my due diligence. Thanks very much! :)

To me it's between your work service provider or grasshopper , all it does from their side is add a number which is your number , like I mentioned if this was done through phone app settings under supplement service then typing call forwarding number then could be a device issue

Here are a few things to try. It's for the s10 but might be same on your phone.
