Restore htc one x data from pc backup after installing cm 10.2.1.

I rooted my htc one x and installed cm 10.2.1 but before that I took backup on my PC using htc sync manager but after the installation I want to restore my messages,logs,contacts which is in my pc. Please tell me how can I restore...
