Before lollipop, in the top left hand corner I could see icon's pop up such as whatsapp, FB, email, etc. These were not full notifications that fill up the lock screen, they were just icons.
Without hiding partial or all of the notification, which gives me the ENTIRE box message on the home screen, I'd like to turn on just the icons again.
