How do I set the Proxy Auto-Config on my M8?

Proxy Auto-Config issue on M8

I updated my Verizon M8 to Lollipop. When i connect to my work WiFi, i need to put an auto proxy URL that points to a pac file. However, with the M8, when i choose "Proxy Auto-Config", the SAVE button greys out and I can't do anything. I know it works on Lollipop since we've tested it on Nexus 5, 7, and 9. Any idea why this is happening? it also happens when I try to test it on my home WiFi.

I'm having the exact same trouble with my M8 as well. I though that for some reason they his the box in the static IP settings, it's not there. I haven't been able to get connected to my company's network at all because of this. All our networking is done remotely and no one knows (or will let anyone know) what the exact proxy settings are
