How do I set up voicemail on my Blu Life One X?

I just got a Blu Life One X and I can't figure out where to go to set up voicemail. I also don't know how to assign ringtones. Can anyone help?

What carrier do you have? Most of the time you can just call your number and it will go straight to the voicemail setup.
