It depends on the device. Try from off, power and volume down buttons at same time if a Samsung, if not try power and both volume buttons. If that doesn't work let us know what device you have

Press and hold power button until you get a popup with "Power off, Reboot, Airplane mod etc", then touch and hold " power off" option. now you will see a prompt to "Reboot to safe mod"
