Hi. This only started recently for me. I am trying to avoid unsolicited news articles and headlines. Well, just recently, on my Android Samsung Straight Talk phone, when I open google, the homepage shows a number of headlines.
When I use google on my laptop, I dont see headlines. Instead, I see the main search box, and underneath that i see boxes of websites that I visit frequently. This is more preferable to me.
So how do I get rid of the having to view the headlines in google when using it on my cell phone? If there is no way to avoid the news articles, can you suggest another simple user friendly browser that I can use on my android phone to avoid headlines being forced on me? Thank you.
