How do I stop my apps from randomly minimizing on my S8?

Hi. Some apps randomly get minimized on my S8. Whenever I tap the recent apps button, certain apps disappear into the top left corner of the screen and keep running in the background, but no longer appear among the recent apps. So, I cannot shut them off -- if that's what I need. Plus, they no longer appear among the recent apps, making me have to go back to seanch for them among all other apps. To fix this, each time this happens I have had to to unistall the app and install it again, only for it to happen again with other apps. It doesn't always happen with the same apps, I haven't found a pattern... It's very annoying. I'd very much appreciate your help!

I have the same problem like when I watch movies it keeps on minimizing and then I need to get it back to full screen again and then a minute or two it gets minimized again like it's annoying and I can't even watch the movie properly coz it keeps on minimizing
